Hop Head Beer Tours has been providing safe and fun craft beer tours in the Madison area since 2010. They have become very popular with adults and provide something unique to do with friends, family, or as a couple. Here's what you can expect when you take a tour with Hop Head Beer Tours.
Not a Party Bus
The tours provided are not like a pub crawl or a party bus situation. Instead, they visit brew-pubs and breweries in the form of an educational experience. Of course there's still great beers to sample, but these tours are more for the beer connoisseur, not your average beer drinker.
The Tours
Hop Head Beer Tours offer bus, bike and charter tours every month which vary based on availability. They offer both public as well as private tours of Madison area brewers and vintners.
Bike Tours
Why not try something totally different? Schedule a bike tour with Hop Head Beer Tours & Machinery Row Bicycles. They provide plenty of fun with professionally guided samplings, a VIP backroom tour experience, and lots of local culture.
The Madison tour covers 12 miles at an easy pace with most of the route on bike trails. You will need to be in at least decent shape to enjoy this tour.
They also offer Milwaukee tour, which head through downtown Milwaukee. This tour is very historic and does provide a bit more of a challenge physically.
Charter Tours
Along with the public tours and the bike tours, you can enjoy the charter tours from Hop Head Beer Tours. They offer multiple options including:
- Madison Brewery Bust Tour
- Suds & Spirits Tour
- Country Roads Brewery Bus Tour
- Brewers & Vintners Tour
- Brew, Booz & Bees Tour
- And More!
Planning a company outing or team-building exercise? You can customize your own private tour with a large enough group.
Check back often as there are always new tours being added. One year they planned a Terrifying Tour (for Halloween, of course). And there have been other fun themes as well. Learn more about the tours at Hop Head Tours website.
