That is a real nice house, It sounds like the builder goes out of his way to do all the little things.

Mike, You hit the nail on the head. Not only are this builder's prices exceptionally attractive and the quality of his work outstanding, but he's someone who can really think outside of the box. The other day he came up with a half dozen different homes that could be built on the same lot in the event the buyer decided to spend less money. With that kind of creativity, I'm confident this is one builder who will thrive in any market!
