Hawk’s Landing schools
The Madison Metropolitan School District serves the public school students who live in Hawk’s Landing. Students are assigned to the following schools:
- Olson Elementary School – Serves nearly 500 students in grades Pre-K through 5
- Toki Middle School – Serves nearly 550 students in grades 6 through 8
- Memorial High School – Between 2015 and 2016, Memorial High students raised the school’s calculated Average Standard Score more than 33 points. That year, Memorial was ranked 32 of Wisconsin’s 407 public high schools. It serves 1,922 students in grades 9 through 12.
Hawk’s Landing amenities
Members of the Hawk’s Landing Golf Club enjoy more than golf. The club also offers swimming, tennis and Dahmen’s at Hawks, a restaurant and bar.
Residents of Hawk’s Landing also have access to three area parks, the largest of which is Hill Creek Park, with more than 25.5 acres. Here, residents shoot hoops, hike the trails and the kids love the playground. Kingswood Park, with more than 4.5 acres, offers basketball hoops as well as a soccer field and a playground.

The median list price of a home for sale in Hawk’s Landing is currently $550,000. This typically buys a 4-bedroom home with more than 4,000 square feet of living space. Over the past year, the median price of a sold home in the community is $515,000.
