The owner of the Mousehouse, Tony and his capable Vice President Heather travel throughout Wisconsin, finding the best cheese and sausages to sell. Currently they frequent 19 separate factories, each specializing in a different type of cheese, be it Swiss, Colby, Cheddars, or Gouda.
The spicy Smoked Igor is a great choice if you like your cheese spicy. Cheese curds are a delicious addition to any meal and come in seven different flavors, like garlic and dill white cheddar.
