This family-friendly restaurant is the perfect place to feel whisked away to Naples while you enjoy pizza, pasta, and excellent service. Here is a look at what to expect when you visit Naples 15.

About Naples 15

The restaurant is a popular gem in Madison located at 15 North Butler Street. Make your reservation for dinner from 5-10pm on Monday through Thursday and 5-11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The restaurant was named after Naples 15 which include names like Masaniello, a Neapolitan fisherman who led a revolt against Habsburg in Naples in 1647, Pulcinella, an character of the 17th century that become a stock character in Neapolitan puppetry and Antonio De Curtis, an Italian comedian and actor that was one of the greatest Italian artists of the 20th century.

The menu is prepared by Chef Salvatore Di Scala, owner and executive chef of Naples 15. He lived most of his life in Naples, Italy, as well as France Provence and the island of Ischia. The passion for cuisine in these locations inspired the chef and he has traveled across Europe and America as a consulting chef. He learned the art of traditional Neapolitan pizza from Gaetano Fazio, one of the greatest pizza masters in Italy.

Visiting the Restaurant

Stop into the friendly and beautiful Naples 15 for dinner where you will enjoy a full menu of Neapolitan dishes. Try favorites like the Paccheri Naples 15, the Ziti al Re di Napoli and the Aragosta alla Don Salvatore. Enjoy appetizers and salads along with the main entrees and you can’t beat the pizza menu with favorites like Margherita, Marinara and Sweet Pepper. Pair it with a glass of wine and finish your meal with a Cannoli dessert.

If that’s not enough reason to visit, the best part of Naples 15 is their “suspended” coffee & pizza program, an Italian tradition that has been brought to this restaurant. If a person is happy in Naples, they pay for two coffees when they order one so that the other can be reserved for someone who couldn’t afford their coffee. You can suspend a coffee and Pizza Margherita for someone in need to help the less fortunate.

Giuseppi, That is great to hear! My husband and I have had some memorable evenings at Naples 15 as well. The service and hospitality is virtually unparalleled in Madison and the food is top flight. It truly is a veritable substitute for a trip to Italy...and certainly a lot easier on the wallet! :)
