Great idea to do a mid-year market update. The numbers are down in the Cary real estate market as well. At least you can take comfort in the fact that you are keeping busy in a down market. Just imagine how it will be when things turn around!!
Posted by Cary NC Real Estate on Friday, July 10th, 2009 at 10:22amThe numbers are much better for Madison than for Milwaukee, although I suspect the 25% drop in price reported by the Journal Sentinel contains more short sales. My area of the city hasn't experienced that severe a price drop.
