Greystone Condominiums offer an appealing mix of townhouse-style and ranch-style homes in a convenient location on Madison’s far west side near Old Sauk Road and Cricket Lane. Built primarily in the mid-2000s, the community is located in the Middleton-Cross Plains Area School District and provides easy access to west-side shopping, restaurants, parks, recreation and the Beltline. Blackhawk Park and Pope Farm Elementary are nearby, and several listings also note convenient access to biking and walking trails.

Greystone also includes a smaller collection of ranch-style duplex condominiums, offering an attractive option for buyers seeking main-level living. Recent examples feature two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor, open kitchen and living areas, attached garages and full lower levels that can provide substantial additional finished living space. Some include vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, patios, offices, recreation rooms and wet bars. One recent ranch unit offered more than 2,400 finished square feet between the main and lower levels, while another featured approximately 1,534 square feet above grade plus 876 finished square feet below.

Association services vary somewhat by unit and phase, but MLS records commonly indicate snow removal, lawn maintenance, trash removal, common-area maintenance and insurance, and reserve-fund contributions among the services covered by condominium fees.
