The mission statement of Bishop Bay's association is "…to provide the premier living experience, with the best quality of life and spirit of community available.” Bishops Bay features single family housing on 56 acres and condominiums on 26 acres all in close proximity to the award-winning 18-hole championship golf course designed by noted architect Bob Lohmann and built (as well as professionally maintained) by The Bruce Company of Middleton. The condominiums, whose design materials include stone, brick and cedar siding, are located on the 14th and 15th fairways while others are located on the ponds and waterfalls. The condominiums are duplex-oriented or free-standing and all have a two car garage. There has been an on-site property manager living at Bishops Bay since 1995. There is a socially active neighborhood with clubs, bridge groups and numerous events throughout the year.
