Bookmark a Listing

Bookmarked listings are listings that you want to save and view later. To Bookmark a listing, click the star icon near each listing result or the Bookmark Listing button found on each listing's details page. 

Saved Searches

If you find yourself conducting the same searches over and over again, you needn't fill out the search form each time. Just create a Saved Search instead by clicking "Save this Search!" located at the top of any listings results page. New listings matching your Saved Search will then be emailed to you on an on-going basis for as long as you wish. To access your Saved Search results any time, just click on the link entitled "My Favorites & Dashboard" located at the top of any page.

Real-Time Listing Alerts

New listings matching your saved search criteria will be sent to you as they go on the market (real-time alerts). We also have daily, weekly, or monthly alerts if you prefer. Property alerts keep you informed about the latest properties to go on the market, as well as price changes affecting properties included in your search criteria. To change the delivery frequency for any of your saved searches, go to "My Favorites & Dashboard" (located at the top of any page) or send your agent an email.
