Also, some subdivisions do not allow yard signs but our mobile phone app will display every listed property on the South Central Wisconsin MLS, whether there's a yard sign or not. 

You'll also be able to save your favorite searches and save your favorite properties just like you already do on the desktop version of lakeandcityhomes.com. Just register at the prompt and you'll have unlimited access to these great tools. To access your favorite searches just click Searches. To access your favorite listings just click Favorites. Both buttons are located at the top of the screen near our Home button and our Contact Us button.

Click on a specific listing and you'll get a rich amount of property details including property description, year built, square footage, number of beds/baths, interior/exterior details, amenities such as garage, room dimensions, photos, when the property was listed, how many days it has been on the market, schools information, as well as the abilty to map the property, get directions to the property, inquire about the property, contact the agent about the property, favorite the property, or share it with your friends.
