The November 2015 MLS statistics are out for Dane County Wisconsin and they show several surprising results. Apart from the expected median sale price rising a slight 2.28% year over year, frankly all the numbers are quite surprising. Total active residential listings were down more than 20% in November 2015 compared to the previous November while total sold residential listings were up over 13% over the same period. That's a lot of extra buyer traffic during one of the coldest months of the year for Wisconsinites.   Inventory for both single family homes and condos was way down at 18.42% and a whopping 25.54%, respectively.
