madison golf course homesGreat news for anyone searching for Madison area golf course homes and condos! In addition to the four new search criteria recently added to our advanced search screens (Basement, New Construction, REO/Foreclosure and Short Sale), you can now search for homes and condos for sale that are located directly on Madison area golf courses. Whether you prefer to search by City, Subdivision, School, Waterfront, or Zip Code, our new golf course search option works with each of these advanced search tools.

To get started, simply choose one of the advanced search options from the Listings menu located on the home page (or click the large graphic marked Advanced Search). Select the city, subdivision, etc that you're interested in, type of property (home or condo), number of bedrooms, etc. Then click the box marked Golf Course (see screenshot) to add that criteria to your search parameters. You can also combine criteria. For example, if you only want to consider Madison golf course homes that are less than four years old, click the box marked New Construction in addition to the box marked Golf Course before running your search. Similarly, if you only want to consider golf course condos with some type of basement (be it a full basement, walk-out basement, partial basement, etc) click the box marked Basement in addition to the box marked Golf Course. Don't forget to save your search by giving it a name. That way you'll get notified by email whenever a property goes on the market that matches your criteria. To save your new golf course homes search just click the box marked Save Search and type in a name for your search (a box for that will automatically appear). You now have a saved search for golf course homes or condos and you'll be sent a notification by email whenever a listing that fits your criteria goes on the market or is reduced in price. If your requirements change, you can modify your search parameters anytime just by logging into your Control Panel.

<html><body><p>Great idea! Here in Idaho Real Estate we have quite a few people moving to Boise looking for a luxury home with all of their favorite activities close-by, including golf. This has definitely opened my eyes to more search criteria we may need as well. Thanks for your tidbits and help in helping to create the search for real estate more refined and helpful than ever!</p></body></html>

<html><body><p>What a great idea! After schools and commute, I find "recreation" to be the main reason for people to buy a home. And golf is by far the most popular recreational criteria. Even the boaters and the bicyclists seem to want to live near a golf course.

I wish you luck with this. With all of the golf and country club comunities in MY part of Northern California, this is a natural. Thanks!</p></body></html>

<html><body><p>This is a clever way of getting higher-end clientele and well-off retirees interested in investing in property again. Even if you don’t play golf but enjoy a healthy lifestyle, fresh air and serene landscape, living near a golf course can be a huge attraction.</p></body></html>

<html><body><p>I love the advanced search. It's what I consider to be the most important feature of a real estate website and you've done a great job on yours. Sometimes buyers don't realize what they should be looking for, like a home near a well suited school for their children and yours not only reminds them, but guides them to the locations that meet that criteria. I'm sure they appreciate it a lot.</p></body></html>
